Information from our AI systems
- If you are a client, call transcripts, chat logs, and performance data generated by the AI chatbot or AI voice assistant we build for your business
- If you are a customer of one of our clients (for example, you called a dental clinic using DOVAARA's AI Voice Assistant), the call or chat content needed to answer your question or book your appointment
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and book demo calls
- To build, train, and improve the AI chatbot, voice assistant, or automation system for your business
- To send you service updates, performance reports, and (with your consent) marketing communications

We use your information to do the job you hired us for, to keep you updated, and to keep things secure. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. AI Voice & Phone Communications (TCPA)
If DOVAARA's AI Voice Assistant service places or receives calls or text messages on behalf of a client's business, the following applies:
- We collect and use phone numbers only with proper consent obtained by our client in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- Outbound AI calls or texts are made only to numbers that have provided prior express consent, as required by law
- Call recordings and transcripts are used only to deliver and improve the service, and are stored securely
- Any individual may request to stop receiving AI-initiated calls or texts at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided during the call, or by contacting us directly
Because DOVAARA builds AI voice systems that place and receive real phone calls, we take TCPA compliance seriously for every client engagement — this protects you, your clients, and the people your AI system talks to.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our Site and to improve it over time. This may include:
- Essential cookies — required for the Site to function correctly
- Analytics cookies — help us understand traffic and usage patterns (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Marketing cookies — used only with your consent, to measure the effectiveness of our marketing
